By uploading photos or videos on behalf of your organization, you represent that your organization is authorized to provide the submitted media and has obtained any necessary permissions from individuals depicted. On behalf of your organization, you grant Colorado Gives Foundation the irrevocable right to use, reproduce and share the submitted media, in whole or in part, for marketing, promotional and communications purposes, including with media outlets, in any medium and in perpetuity. No compensation will be provided for the use of submitted media.
