Colorado Rises with Purpose and Joy
Colorado Gives Day broke countless records and exceeded all expectations this year. People across the state raised $56.5 million, showing the strength, care and generosity that define Colorado communities.
Colorado Gives Foundation launched Colorado Gives Day with presenting sponsor FirstBank sixteen years ago with a powerful goal to increase charitable giving in the state while promoting all nonprofits. This year, Colorado embraced that vision in record numbers.

- 102,835 people donated in the statewide movement
- 616 nonprofits joined for the first time
- 4,618 nonprofits received a donation

- Human Services – $10.8 million
- Arts, Culture & Humanities – $6.3 million
- Education – $6.2 million
- Animal-Related – $5.7 million
- Food, Agriculture & Nutrition – $4.5 million
These gifts support critical work across the state, from feeding families to supporting students and caring for animals.

First-time Colorado Gives Day participant Atomic Theater shared that, “Participating in Colorado Gives Day for the first time was truly an incredible experience for Atomic Theater and it exceeded all our expectations,” said Roselle Drahushak-Crow, President of the Board of Directors. “We are deeply grateful for the outpouring of support and thrilled to connect with so many new Coloradans.
