Online fundraising is critical for nonprofits to successfully fulfill their missions. A recent study from the Blackbaud Institute found a 42% increase over three years in online giving, and 12% percent of total fundraising comes from online sources.

We recognize that staffing and limited resources make it challenging for many nonprofits to effectively fundraise online which is why Colorado Gives Foundation and the Schlessman Family Foundation teamed up through the Colorado Gives 365 program to offer local nonprofits the Level Up Digital Fundraising program.

Whether just getting started fundraising online or taking their efforts to new levels, the one-year exclusive Colorado Gives 365 capacity-building opportunity has three key components to support online fundraising growth for nonprofit through strategy development, technology and skilled volunteers to help execute projects. And thanks to the Schlessman Family Foundation, the opportunity is free.

LEVEL UP is helping organizations that use ColoradoGives.org as their primary fundraising tool make the most out of the Colorado Gives 365 platform using advanced features like CRM, application integration, text-to-give, volunteer management and more.  And it’s building capacity by connecting nonprofits with professional resources to complete projects.

The Schlessman Family Foundation was founded in 1956 by Gerald L. and Florence M. Schlessman. It was established to provide charitable support in granting opportunities for children and adults hindered by economic status, physical or mental challenges, or requiring additional educational opportunities with the intent to enable them to become self-sufficient, productive members of their community. Since its inception, the Foundation has contributed over $100 million to more than 1000 charities.
